Iced Cardamom Latte

Serves 3 | Time: 10 min + overnight chill

    • ½ cup coarsely ground coffee

    • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

    • 3½ cups hot water

    • 3 tablespoons Datesy

    • ¾ cup oat milk

    • Ice, for serving

    1. Brew: Add the ground coffee and cardamom to your French press. Pour in the hot water and stir gently to combine.

    2. Press & sweeten: Let steep for 4 minutes, then slowly press the plunger down. While the coffee is still hot, stir in the Datesy golden date syrup until fully dissolved.

    3. Chill: Let the coffee cool to room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.

    4. Serve: Fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled coffee over the top. Finish each glass with about ¼ cup oat milk, stir, and enjoy.
