Iced Cardamom Latte
Serves 3 | Time: 10 min + overnight chill

½ cup coarsely ground coffee
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
3½ cups hot water
3 tablespoons Datesy
¾ cup oat milk
Ice, for serving

Brew: Add the ground coffee and cardamom to your French press. Pour in the hot water and stir gently to combine.
Press & sweeten: Let steep for 4 minutes, then slowly press the plunger down. While the coffee is still hot, stir in the Datesy golden date syrup until fully dissolved.
Chill: Let the coffee cool to room temperature, then refrigerate overnight.
Serve: Fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled coffee over the top. Finish each glass with about ¼ cup oat milk, stir, and enjoy.
