Cantaloupe Agua Fresca

    • 1 large ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed

    • 5-6 cups water

    • 1/3 cup Datesy Golden Date Syrup (adjust based on melon ripeness)

    • Juice of 4 limes
      Ice, for serving

    • Lime wedges or fresh mint, for garnish (optional)

    1. Place half of the cantaloupe cubes in a blender with 2 cups of water, Datesy Golden Date Syrup, and lime juice. Blend on high until completely smooth.

    2. Pour into a large pitcher through a fine-mesh sieve for a lighter texture. (Skip this step if you prefer a thicker, more fiber-rich drink).

    3. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.

    4. Stir again before serving, pour over ice, and garnish with lime or mint.
