Cantaloupe Agua Fresca

1 large ripe cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed
5-6 cups water
1/3 cup Datesy Golden Date Syrup (adjust based on melon ripeness)
Juice of 4 limes
Ice, for servingLime wedges or fresh mint, for garnish (optional)

Place half of the cantaloupe cubes in a blender with 2 cups of water, Datesy Golden Date Syrup, and lime juice. Blend on high until completely smooth.
Pour into a large pitcher through a fine-mesh sieve for a lighter texture. (Skip this step if you prefer a thicker, more fiber-rich drink).
Stir well and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
Stir again before serving, pour over ice, and garnish with lime or mint.
