Creamy Kefir Chia Pudding

Serves: 1-2 | Time: 10 min prep & up to 12 hours to thicken

    • 16 oz plain kefir

    • 1/2 cup chia seeds

    • 1/4 cup Datesy Golden Date Syrup

    1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together the kefir and Datesy until fully combined.

    2. Stir in chia seeds, making sure they’re evenly distributed (no clumps).

    3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again—this is the step most people skip, and it matters.

    4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thick and spoonable.

    Serve

    • Eat straight from the jar or portion into bowls

    • Top with fruit, granola, coconut flakes, or a drizzle of extra Datesy
