Datesy Banana Bread

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 – 3/4 cup Datesy
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup yogurt
2 tsp vanilla extract
2–3 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/3 cup whole milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan.
2. In a bowl, mash the bananas, then mix with date syrup, oil, yogurt, and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Add dry ingredients to wet and mix gently.
5. Stir in milk, then add vinegar at the end.
6. Pour into pan and bake for 45–55 minutes.
7. Let cool, then drizzle with date syrup before serving.
