Blueberry Lemonade

Serves: 4  |  Time: 20 minutes

    • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)

    • 1/2 cup Datesy (in place of ~2/3 cup sugar)

    • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

    • 3–4 cups cold water

    • Ice + lemon wheels to serve

    1. Muddle the fresh blueberries with the water. 

    2. Juice the lemons. 

    3. Strain the muddled blueberry juice. 

    4. In a pitcher, combine the blueberry juice, lemon juice, and the remaining water. 

    5. Mix in Datesy Golden Date Syrup.
