Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice

2 cups rice
3 cups water
1 ½ tbsp of rice vinegar
1 ½ tbsp of sugar
1 10 oz can of Tuna
1 tbsp of Datesy Golden Date Syrup
1 tbsp of sriracha
¼ cup Kewpie mayo
1 tsp of soy sauce
1 avocado
½ cup oil
1-2 tsp Furitake

Wash rice 4-5 times till the water is clear.
Place the rice in the pot and let it boil.
Once it boils, put the lid on and let it sit for 15 minutes, until the rice is fluffy.
Once the rice is done, mix in the rice vinegar and sugar.
Add the rice to the glass tray, press it firmly into the tray, and place it in the freezer for 45 minutes.
For the spicy tuna, mix Kewpie mayo, sriracha, Datesy Golden Date Syrup, furikake, and soy sauce. Then add the tuna and mix, then refrigerate.
After the rice is cold, take it out of the pan and cut it into cubes.
Put oil in the pan, and let it heat up.
Then add the rice cubes to the pan and fry until golden brown, then place them on a paper towel.
After the crispy rice has cooled, add the avocado and spicy tuna on top.
Sprinkle more of the furitake and enjoy.
